Payment - How to make payment for your order
- If booking online We accept all major credit and UK debit cards, Visa Card and Master Card and Paypal
- We only accept Pounds Sterling (£) on all transactions made.

How to place an order You may place an order
- Online – through the website booking page a deposit is required to secure your place on a course/class/workshop, or contact Tamsin with an alternative payment method.
How do I receive confirmation of my order?
- Customers ordering online, will be sent an email-containing acknowledgement of the order placed followed by an email confirmation from cambridge sewing.
- Customers paying by cheque or cash will be sent an email of payment received and order confirmation. Or upon request alternatively through the post.
Cancellation of a course
- No refunds of deposits payments will be given. In exceptional circumstances a credit voucher may be issued.
- A class/course/workshop may be cancelled if there are not enough students attending, a full refund will be issued.
- If you cancel a place 48 hours before the class start date you will be required to pay the full balance.
